Refunds

 

No refunds will be made after payment is completed. All sales are final and non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-exchangeable.

Role of Agency

​

The CLIENT acknowledges that the Mad Cow Marketing is acting solely as a promotional partner and not as a broker, dealer, or auctioneer.

No Transactional Responsibility

Mad Cow Marketing does not facilitate the actual sale, collect payment from buyers, or handle the physical shipping of watches.

Indemnification

The CLIENT shall indemnify and hold Mad Cow Marketing harmless against any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from the marketing and promotional efforts, including but not limited to: (i) Disputes over authenticity or condition of goods or services (ii) Shipping delays or lost packages related to the goods or services (iii) Fraudulent transactions between the Client and a buyer (iv) Changes in perception of the Client in relation to the marketing and promotional efforts as may or may not be directly attributed to Mad Cow Marketing.

 

Liability

 

Mad Cow Marketing is not responsible for platform outages or "acts of God." Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the CLIENT in the one (1) month prior to the claim.

Exclusivity 

​

During any Agreement or Service period the CLIENT will not solicit, sell, or promote any other vendors to conduct marketing SERVICE as which may e completed by Mad Cow Marketing.
